Editorial stories for a global technology consultancy’s corporate website

Founded in France in 1967, Capgemini is one of the world’s largest technology consultancy firms, with more than 350,000 employees in over 50 countries and an annual revenue of €18 billion. It partners with leading companies to transform and manage their business by unlocking the value of the fast evolving and innovative world of cloud, data, AI, connectivity, software, digital engineering and platforms.

The Challenge

CPL One was engaged by Capgemini to plan and create content for its new website, which launched in May 2022. The task was to develop and write articles that would help tell the Capgemini story – demonstrating the range of Capgemini’s business, and to engage an audience of future employees, customers and stakeholders about how Capgemini is helping to build a better future for its colleagues, clients and communities.

The Solution

CPL One has worked with Capgemini since 2020, researching, developing and writing articles that support Capgemini’s purpose of unleashing human energy through technology for an inclusive and sustainable future. The stories feature Capgemini employees around the world, focusing on their varied work and exciting roles. They appear on the Inside Stories section of Capgemini’s website, under the headings of: Digital inclusion; Diversity and inclusion; Environment; Future-shaping projects and Life at Capgemini.

Since the website launched, CPL One has continued to work with Capgemini on new and interesting stories to ensure the content succeeds in engaging its intended audience.

We wanted to ensure stories with substance would feature front and centre on our website, to help explain who we are, what we stand for and what we do. We knew CPL had the journalistic skills and authority to pitch content at the right level for our varied audiences and have been delighted by what they've achieved. We can trust CPL's journalists to build positive relationships with people at all levels of our business – and look forward to continuing to work with them to take the site from strength to strength.
