Redesiging a website for a global bespoke air charter specialist

Titan Airways is a world leader in bespoke air charter travel. In 2019, it operated almost 9,000 flights to 88 countries. Its clients include celebrities from the music and film industries, government officials, sports teams, tour operators, and air freight integrators.

The Challenge

The team at Titan were keen to completely revamp their website, to take into account the two audience groups that would be using it: potential and existing corporate clients looking to see what Titan offers, and passengers booked on to a flight who need practical information, such as baggage allowances and travel advice.

The Solution

CPL One worked with Titan to create a new site that would mirror the reputation and celebrate the expertise of the business. Once initial design concepts and wireframes were complete, brand guidelines for the visual identity and tone of voice were worked up. 

We commissioned and art directed the photoshoots, designed the site and wrote the copy, working closely with the client team at Titan at every stage. 

A full website design and build followed, with WordPress selected as the host platform to enable the client to easily update the site once CPL One had delivered the final product.

The result is a sleek and accessible website, showcasing Titan’s expertise and experience in a stunning and professional way.
